Mysstie Discovers the Tranquil Robe of Torrents

Sweet! I was the first one to make the Tranquil Robe of Torrents on the Oasis server. :) It was made from one of the new level 10 Tradeskill Apprentice recipes for Tailors. This recipe used a "Humming Reactant" as its rare which drops off level 10-19 heroic mobs.
