Bug: Normal vs Tempered Azure Charm of Revelations

Bug: Normal vs Tempered Azure Charm of Revelations

If you notice, the "Azure Charm of Revelations" has blue stats of Attack Speed and Spell Weapon Attack Speed; however, the Tempered version has different blue stats of Multi Attack Chance and Spell Weapon Multi Attack Chance. Which one is correct? Hmmm..
